une quote tres interressante d'une interview de george "the 2000-dps orc warrior", un joueur proffessionel qui compte ses gains en 100 aine de miliers de dollars:
-----------------------
Kawklee: How exactly are warriors overpowered, we never really discussed that.
George: Warriors are overpowered because of how well gear scales with our class. The problem is, 95% of warriors will never be as geared out as I am so even a warrior with decent gear can have a huge impact in this game in PvE or PvP because Blizzard does not want a high majority of the class QQ’ing daily. However, for that 5% who can obtain the gear that I can at my pace will see results like no other class. I’ll stay on the subject of PvP. So Blizzard keeps our rage generation & damage output very high to make sure that 95% don’t feel completely useless. Therefore that 5% with my gear become overpowered. The burst damage I can consistently do in PvP is unbelievable. All I need is a 6 second & 10 second timer to be up and with my crit rate + flurry autoswings + windfury I have dropped all classes, including Paladins in 3-5 seconds before from 100-0. No other class can consistently put out that type of damage that fast. Now if I add Deathwish, Bloodlust, a trinket, and bloodfury to the mix, the things I can do are insanely overpowered. On the flip side, group PvP is balanced in most cases and there’s many ways to counter a warrior like myself. I just don’t think our potential damage output should be that high considering we bring the single most dominant PvP debuff in the game: Mortal Strike.
